Gregg Alsbrooks
Lead Pastor [email protected] Pastor Gregg Alsbrooks joined our staff in February of 2006 as Youth Pastor. Then, in April of 2019, he was called to be Lead Pastor of BC. Gregg is a graduate of Trevecca Nazarene University. He met Dodi, who is now his wife, at Trevecca; she is also a graduate of Trevecca with a major in Elementary Education, and is a Pre-K teacher at Abingdon Elementary. Gregg and Dodi have three children: Alycia (married to Joey), Grant (married to Kaley) & Haven. Before coming to Bel Air, Gregg pastored in Jacksonville, FL and Raleigh, NC. |

Krystal Holl
Youth Ministry Pastor [email protected] Krystal Holl accepted the position of Youth Ministry Pastor at Bel Air Church in August 2022. She has grown up and lived in Maryland her whole life. She attended Eastern Nazarene College where she obtained a degree in Social Work. After college, she spent 5 years in the social work field before God got a hold of her heart and she quit running and began listening. Krystal loves youth, coffee, and Jesus (though not in that order per se) and she’ll read just about anything and loves people! |

Derek Parson
Worship and Media Pastor [email protected] Pastor Derek Parson joined our staff in December of 2022. He is a graduate of Mount Vernon Nazarene University and Messiah College. He and his wife, Aubree, have two sons: Waverly & Wren. Derek is a self proclaimed Star Wars geek, and Ioves discussing life and theology over a good cup of coffee. |

Heather Ingram
Children's Ministry Pastor [email protected] Heather Ingram began serving as the Special Events Coordinator of BC in 2005 before becoming the Children’s Director in April 2019. She graduated from Eastern Nazarene College with a degree in Education and has taught in the public schools for 22 years. Heather and her husband, Carty, live in Havre de Grace, with their two daughters, Emma and Quinn. |

Lara Murphy
Connections Pastor [email protected] Lara Murphy joined the staff as Small Groups Director in April 2019. She, her husband, Mike, and children, Ryland and Logan, moved to the area from New Jersey in 2011. Lara spent over 20 years as a historian, museum professional, and administrator before accepting the call to ministry. Prior to her family’s move to Bel Air, she served as a volunteer on the staff of Burlington, NJ Church of the Nazarene. |

Noah Tharp
Community Care Pastor [email protected] Pastor Noah Tharp joined our staff in October of 1999. Noah is a graduate of Eastern Nazarene College and Nazarene Theological Seminary. He has pastored in New York, Maryland, Pennsylvania and Virginia. He has three grown daughters: Kim, Amber & Amanda, and four grandchildren. |

Deb Sword
Office Manager [email protected] Deb Sword began working in the Church Office in May 1999. She is a graduate of Liberty University. Deb and her husband, Terry moved to the area in December 1998 from Hagerstown, MD. Terry & Deb have 2 married children, Brandon (Meg) & Brooke (Aaron), and three grandchildren. |

Tabitha Horn
Daycare Director [email protected] Tabitha became the Director of Hickory Child Development Center in December 2016 after serving as a teacher and then the Assistant Director. She has a degree in Elementary Education and has 15 years of experience with children and 10 years experience in management of a daycare center. Tabitha and her husband, Kevin, live in Bel Air with their daughter, Savannah. |
